This is 
's pirate character, Raff Kelly!
Here is the great description that gave me:
"A man forged of lean muscle, Raff stands at a very respectable six feet and two inches, with a single bright green eye. His skin has lost is once fair completion, due to years at sea and has turned to a light bronze color. Long dark red chair covers his head, reaching down passed his shoulder blades and in pulled together in a simple braid. He tries to keep his face cleanly shaven but fast growing stubble nearly always defeats his razor. His back is a crisscross of scars, gain after years of being disciplined aboard a British Naval Man-O-War, with the kiss of the captain's daughter. There is also a long, thin scar running down the left side of his face, from hairline to jaw and through his left eye. Over this missing green orb, he wears a heavy leather patch, attached to a leather band that wraps around his brow.
When he goes clothed, Raff wears a pair of loose green trousers, almost clean white shirt and a broad orange sash wrapped around his waist. He keeps a long and narrow bladed dirk tucked in the back of the sash, with three pistols. One on each hip and the third nestled besides his dirk. Depending on the time, he may be carrying a heavy, basket-hilted Scottish broadsword or a boarding axe."
Raff is very awesome and epic, and I had a pleasurable time drawing and painting him in watercolor.
